Service Charge Accountant

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Charge Partner to oversee service charge accounting, financial management and reporting, ensuring accurate budgeting, expenditure monitoring and effective financial administration within a property management environment

Key Responsibilities
• Manage service charge budgets, accounts and financial reporting
• Monitor expenditure, process reconciliations and investigate variances
• Liaise with property managers, clients and internal finance teams
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with relevant requirements

Skills & Competencies
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks

Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience in service charge accounting, property finance or a similar role
• Knowledge of budgeting, reconciliations and financial reporting
