About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Head of People to lead people-related initiatives, support organisational growth and foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the organisation's people strategy and HR initiatives
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee development and retention
• Guide performance management and employee relations
• Drive employee engagement and organisational culture
• Ensure HR policies and practices align with applicable labour legislation
• Support leadership with workforce planning and people-related decisions

Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations
• Ability to manage change and drive organisational development
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field
• Extensive experience in a senior HR or people leadership role
• Proven ability to lead people initiatives and support business objectives
