About the Role
Our client is looking for a Digital Enablement Specialist to design and implement automation, AI-powered solutions, and internal digital tools that improve business operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, solve complex business challenges, and build scalable systems that have a direct impact on the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build internal automation workflows across business functions
- Implement and manage AI tools and integrations across teams
- Develop and maintain internal tooling (dashboards, portals, process tools)
- Salesforce development: Flows, custom objects, integrations and reporting
- Power BI reporting and DAX development for operational visibility
- Data infrastructure work, including pipelines, database integrations and API connections
- Identify automation opportunities and translate them into shipped solutions
- Experience in automation, digital operations or systems/tooling roles
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data and backend tasks
- Salesforce experience advantageous (Flows, SOQL, reporting)
- Power BI or similar BI tooling experience advantageous
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Systems thinker who can spot inefficiency and design scalable fixes
- Creative and independent thinker with the ability to foresee potential problems and find innovative ways to solve them
- Ability to prioritise tasks and organise own work
- Excellent High School and University results
- Professionals preferred (CA(SA), BCom, LLB)
- Experience managing a small to medium-sized team is advantageous
