About the Role
Our client is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Branch Manager to build and grow a client portfolio within an international market. Based initially in South Africa, you will develop new business, build long-term client relationships, and support organisations with the global deployment of technology and medical equipment. As your portfolio grows, you'll have the opportunity to travel internationally and potentially relocate overseas while leading the expansion of your own business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a client portfolio within an assigned international market
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives
- Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients via video conferencing platforms
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and act as their trusted advisor
- Support clients with strategic decisions relating to the deployment of technology and medical equipment
- Travel internationally to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and expand the business
- Build and lead your own sales and operational team as your business unit grows
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's international expansion
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Strong sales and business development ability
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Leadership potential with the ability to build and develop teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent High School and University results
- Professional qualification preferred (CA(SA), LLB, Engineering or MBA)
- Good command of the English language
