Our client is looking for a Financial Controller to join their Medical division. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of allocated shipments, ensuring accurate financial processing, cost control and profitability while supporting efficient service delivery. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, shipping providers and internal teams in a fast-paced operational finance environment.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Financial Controller to join their Medical division. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, shipping providers and internal teams in a fast-paced operational finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily finance operations of allocated shipments
- Invoice clients and process supplier invoices
- Overall cost management and profit maximisation
- Liaise with shipping providers, suppliers and clients in a timely and professional manner
- Receipt of cash and bank reconciliation
- Management of debtors and processing of payments
- Management of shipments from a finance perspective
- Collaborate with the relevant business unit and finance team to support operational requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Detail-driven
- Admin-orientated
- Great interpersonal skills
- Solution-driven
- Problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Comfortable with change
- University Undergraduate Degree (BCom Accounting or Finance)
- Honours Degree advantageous
- Excellent High School Results (2–5 distinctions and >65% for Mathematics)
